Sports Framing - Be Aware of Pitfalls!
- Sports items are often made of fabric, leather or other organic materials. These, as well as photos, will deteriorate due to light and a pollution. Your items are best protected in a sealed frame protected by our glass, which offers protection against harmful UV rays.
- Off-the-rack frames and some frame establishments use mounting board and mats made of acidic material. These could harm or destroy your prized sports material over the years. Not a worry with Fastframe; we use only preservation-grade materials.
- If you plan to display your sports enthusiasm, you want it to look terrific. It's not easy to mount a sports jersey, boxing gloves or the like in a way that both looks greati and will last. We routinely, expertly pin sports jerseys to look spectacular, and have framed thousands of jerseys and other sports items.
- Some mail-order outfits offer "custom sports framing" in a one-size-fits-all shadowbox. Don't pay for "custom" sports framing unless that's really what you're getting!
